Perched high up on the side of Tamborine Mountain, you will enjoy sweeping panoramic views of the Gold Coast skyline as you soak away your worries in the spa bath. During the evenings, watch as the horizon lights up and begins to twinkle brightly in the distance. This home away from home comes equipped with all the little luxuries you deserve whilst on holiday. The space:
The space is designed to be inviting and warm yet architecturally minimalist. Open the front door to a set of floating stairs to take you up to the elevated living area, where high ceilings and breath taking views await.

The heart of the house is the expansive kitchen/living room which opens up onto a spacious deck where you can ‘shoot the breeze’ for hours on end. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a day of wine tasting or visiting craft distilleries. Enjoy your wine, craft beer or gin sourced from our local producers while you sit on the deck amongst the trees.

The master bedroom features a king size bed and a built-in spa bath with a rain shower overhead.

All bathrooms are designed to capture the views of the valley below. There is also an outdoor shower for those who don’t mind heights!

During the cooler months, an indoor fireplace that’s nestled in the corner of the living area is available for use.

Quality timber finishes feature throughout the kitchen and dining area to tie in with the luxurious floorboards underfoot – so please, no shoes inside the house at any time.

Please note there is a flight of floating stairs from the front door to the main living area and bedrooms of the house.

Other things to note:
‘Strictly shoes off’ – to maintain the quality and standard of the floorboards and for your health and hygiene, please remove all shoes before entering the house.

Bring a jacket as it can get cool during the evenings up in the mountains.

Items to note:
– Unfortunately, this property is unsuitable for wheelchair access and those with limited mobility
– Strictly a “NO PARTY house”, any excessive noise will be reported to Police
– As this property is on tank water, be mindful of water usage
– Under NO circumstances can you flush anything besides toilet paper down the toilet as it is a septic system
– There is a slow combustion wood burner. Wood and kindling will be supplied for your first night during the cold seasons, you will then need to source your own wood thereafter. Firewood and kindling can be bought at either the local Mobil service station or the IGA.
