The space:
The ground floor features a kitchen which opens to a large living area and deck, taking advantage of the panoramic views. Accessible by a floating wooden staircase, the entire upstairs level features the master bedroom suite, with ensuite bathroom and private, covered balcony looking out to the breath-taking views.

In the gardens surrounding the house, a running creek flows gently past a large flowering tree with rope swing. The property features an abundance of citrus trees including orange, lemon, mandarin, and lime.

This home can be rented for 6 or 10 guests. If you are renting this home for 6 guests, 2 bedrooms will be locked off and you will only have access to 3 bedrooms.

Other things to note:
The property is not fully fenced in, so children should be supervised at all times. There is also a running creek along the border of the garden.

We ask that you please be mindful of water usage during your stay as it is all tank water and under NO circumstances can you flush anything besides toilet paper down the toilet as it is a septic system.

Please be aware the property is NOT a party house and will be strictly adhered to. Please be considerate of neighbours and restrict noise after 10pm. If excessive noise does occur, we will be notified.
