Hi, I’d like to go on record and CONGRATULATE Karan Keinert for her amazing, above-and-beyond management of my property on Tamborine Mountain. Karan’s management skills have always been excellent (her guidance and input is invaluable to me), but she has absolutely SHONE during the 6-months it’s taken to get my insurance company and their chosen trades team to complete work following damage to my property in the Christmas tornado. It’s been a protracted and frustrating process, but Karan has kept tight tabs on the progress – not only of my property, but several others that I understand were damaged in the same storm. The frustrating and confusing communication from the insurer and their contractors had become so overwhelming by the five-month mark, that Karan’s feedback to them actually led to them paying an additional $1000 in compensation for the unacceptable delays and errors.
I own (and have owned) a number of investment properties over the years and I wish I’d had Karan to manage every single one of them … it would have made my life so much easier!
