Great buying experience with Ton.
Whilst reviewing house properties with Ton he picked up on my background and suggested looking at a Bed and Breakfast that was for sale. We reviewed a number of possibilities until he introduced me to the seller of Avocado Sunset. The sellers and I clicked immediately and a deal was done that suited all concerned. Ton has great knowledge of the industry and the area he works in. I would highly recommend him and his team.

Tamara acted for the sellers and she certainly got them a good price!
That said no agent has ever been this helpful especially as I was in hospital and my wife had to do the move.

I highly recommend Linda as an agent. She listened honestly to what we had to say about what we thought about our property and how we wanted it marketed and made it happen. It only took two weeks to have an offer that we accepted. Although the contract completion took awhile due to no fault of Linda she did keep me up to date of every event. She is not only a very good agent but is very friendly and personable and I am glad to have met her.
